Many students experience these anxieties, and I'm here to help by explaining a couple of things you can do to help manage them and approach your exams with confidence. First of all, let's tackle those study habits by setting timed practice tests. This helps you get comfortable with the pressure of exam conditions, focusing on identifying knowledge gaps and mastering time quantity. Prioritize understanding information better than memorizing. Deep breathing exercises can fuel your calm during exams at its peak. Furthermore, remember, let's give yourself a couple of days in the last few days. Anxiety changes by setting timed practice tests. Review your quality and format of the actual exam. Simulate your mistakes afterwards. Prioritize understanding over quantity. Manage your time wisely.
