1. Who we are

9ja Past Questions is a free online study platform for Nigerian students preparing for WAEC, JAMB/UTME, NECO, GCE and Post-UTME examinations. You can reach us at info@9japastquestions.com.

2. Using the site

Browsing past questions, answers and explanations is free and does not require an account. Creating a free account additionally lets you track your progress, save questions and see which topics you are weakest in.

You must give accurate information when you register, keep your password to yourself, and you are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download, republish or resell the questions, answers or explanations on this site;
• use automated tools to access the site at a rate a person could not plausibly read, or to circumvent rate limits and anti-abuse checks;
• share, sell or transfer your account credentials;
• attempt to gain access to other users' data or to areas of the site not meant for you;
• interfere with the normal running of the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and may do so without notice where the breach is causing active harm.

4. Content and ownership

Examination questions originate from public past-paper examinations set by their respective examination bodies (WAEC, JAMB, NECO and others). Those bodies own their questions; we claim no ownership over them and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of them.

The explanations, worked answers, topic breakdowns, site design, software and study tools are our own original work and remain our property. See our content and sourcing policy for how questions are collected, checked and explained.

If you believe any material here infringes your rights, email info@9japastquestions.com with details and we will investigate and remove it where the claim is valid.

5. Paid plans

A paid plan removes advertising and unlocks the full study tools. The current price and the length of access it buys are shown on the payment page before you pay.

Payment is currently taken by bank transfer. Access is activated manually once we confirm your payment, which normally happens within one business day. Paid access runs for the stated period and does not auto-renew — nothing is charged again unless you choose to pay again.

If you pay and access is not activated, contact us and we will either activate it or refund you in full. Beyond that, payments for time already used are generally non-refundable.

6. Advertising

The free tier is supported by advertising. Ads are served by third-party networks that may set their own cookies; see our privacy policy. We do not control which specific adverts are shown, and showing an advert is not an endorsement of the advertiser.

7. Accuracy and no guarantee of results

We work hard to transcribe questions faithfully and to explain answers correctly, but we do not guarantee that every question, answer or explanation is free of error. Nothing on this site is official examination material or an official marking scheme.

Practising here does not guarantee any particular examination result. If you spot a mistake, use the report link on the question — corrections from students are how the content gets better.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially reduces what a paying user has already paid for, we will offer a pro-rata refund.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with this service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including examination outcomes.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
