Voter Education and Awareness: The electorate should be well-informed about voting procedures, their rights, and the importance of participation through civic education and campaigns before the election. 5. Secret Ballot System: A good election must guarantee the secrecy of the ballot, enabling voters to make their choices freely without undue pressure from candidates, party agents, or community leaders. 6.
