- A. A. IAIO and IBIB
- B. B. IAIB and IBIO
- C. C. IAIB and IAIO
- D. D. IAIO and IBIOCorrect
Explanation
Blood group A can be genotype AA or AO; blood group B can be BB or BO. For two parents of blood groups A and B to produce a child of blood group O (OO), each parent must carry an O allele, so the parents must be AO and BO, i.e. IAIO and IBIO.
