Interpersonal relationships can be defined as special association, connections or affiliations between two or more persons which are enforced by mutual agreement, law or custom for a common purpose. It could also be regarded as 'interpersonal ties or bonds' as it entails a strong bond between two or more people who share common interests, ideas, opinions and attitude for the purpose of accomplishing official or unofficial objectives.
