One of the limitations to the principles of rule of law is

  • A. immunityCorrect
  • B. equality
  • C. liberty
  • D. impartiality

Explanation

Rule of law is hinged on the assumptions that the law or constitution is supreme and that everybody is equal before the law. However, the existence of some immunities which confer preferential treatment on some individuals in the eyes of the law negates the principle of the rule of law.
