Explanation

1/C_T = 1/2+1/3+1/6 = 1 ⇒ C_T=1μF. Total charge Q_T=V×C_T=12×1×10⁻⁶=1.2×10⁻⁵C. In series, all capacitors carry the same charge, so V(6μF)=Q_T/6μF=1.2×10⁻⁵/6×10⁻⁶=2V.
